Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for the following either entering information into excel spread sheet or SAP.
- Parts – Look up parts for style number, list in spreadsheet and call customer.
- Mark’s – Enter orders in to SAP.
- CAAN – Call for clarification on repair.
- Old orders – Sending unrepaired bags back to customer for no response.
- Gift Cards – Activating gift cards and listing information in spreadsheet.
- Canada Orders – Enter orders in SAP
- Emails – sending canned response to customer.
- Back up for phones

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).  Must be able to read, write and understand written English.  Typing and computer skills are required.   Must be able to multi-task.
